AI Commerce

Meet the Creator Hub AI Commerce Engine

AI assistants and shopping agents can only recommend what they can understand. The engine turns scattered catalog data, creator content and customer questions into structured product intelligence that a person on your team has reviewed.

Six stages

What happens inside the engine

Every product moves through the same six stages. The fifth is a person.

  1. 01

    Ingest

Product feeds, creator videos, LIVE streams, reviews, FAQs, images, documentation and customer questions come in.

  2. 02

    Understand

Content is transcribed and classified. Mentions are matched to the products they refer to.

  3. 03

    Structure

Features, attributes and questions become fields on the Product Intelligence Passport.

  4. 04

    Enrich

Gaps are identified and drafts are proposed: missing attributes, FAQ answers, comparison data.

  5. 05

    Review

Your team approves, edits or rejects each AI draft. Unverified claims are flagged, never published.

  6. 06

    Distribute

Approved information is prepared for websites, commerce platforms, social commerce, search, AI assistants, shopping agents and marketplaces.

Self-assessment

Score one of your own products

Rate a product on the same ten categories Creator Hub uses. The sliders start at the demo product’s values. The score is our internal metric: it is not an industry standard and does not predict ranking or sales.

94Does every product have a title, price, availability and an identifier?
80Are material, size, color and other key attributes filled in?
90Do descriptions explain what the product does, in plain language?
92Are there several clear images per product?
86Is there at least one demonstration or review video per product?
72Are the questions customers ask answered in writing?
64Is a review source connected and current?
90Is the information in fields, not buried in paragraphs?
78Is the product prepared for each channel you sell on?
94Are price and inventory up to date?

  1. Reviews · 64Connect a review source so real customer feedback is part of the profile.

  3. Channel Coverage · 78Prepare the product for the channels where it is still missing.

Human review

AI drafts. People approve.

AI-generated information can be wrong, and a wrong product claim is expensive. These rules are built into the product.

  • Every draft is labeled

Anything written by AI carries a Human Review Required marker until someone acts on it.

  • Nothing ships unreviewed

Only approved fields are prepared for channels. Drafts stay inside your workspace.

  • Unverified claims are flagged

If a creator says something the specifications do not support, it is surfaced for the brand to check.

  • Decisions are recorded

Approvals, edits and rejections are kept so you can see who decided what.
