Draft template. This page is a structural outline and is not a legal privacy policy. It must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
What this site does today
These statements describe the static preview site as built, and are true of the code:
- The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Forms validate what you type in your browser. They are not connected to a server, so nothing you enter is sent or stored.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s servers to download them, which shares your IP address with Google.
To be completed before launch
- Who the data controller is, with legal entity name and contact details.
- What personal data is collected through forms, accounts and the product.
- Why it is collected and the legal basis for each purpose.
- Who it is shared with, including service providers.
- How long it is kept.
- Your rights and how to exercise them.
- International transfers, if any.
- How changes to the policy are communicated.
Cookie Policy
The preview site sets no cookies. If analytics, a form provider or sign-in is added, this section must list each cookie, its purpose and its lifetime, and a consent mechanism must be added where the law requires one.
